DVD Auto Parts offers a comprehensive one-year warranty on all our items. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free return process.

 

Each item includes a pre-paid return shipping label attached to the box. In the event the label is not available, please contact us via phone or email, and we will promptly provide another pre-paid return shipping label via email. Simply affix the return shipping label to the box and drop it off at a FedEx or UPS location, depending on the carrier indicated on the label.

 

Upon receipt of the item, our return management system will process your return, and you will receive a full reimbursement for the amount paid.
